The British Chamber of Business in Southern Africa is a non-profit organisation whose primary objective is to facilitate the nurturing of mutually beneficial relationships between British and South African businesses in SA and the UK.

Giving effect to our value proposition "Networking and Events Driven Outcomes For Business"  the Chamber serves as a networking platform, as well as providing a common forum to discuss and share best practice information and business intelligence. With members participation, the depth of their knowledge is also leveraged, whilst
offering another communication channel to broadcast their business messages and brand attributes.

Our topical work groups covering Africa, bbBEE and Trade & Investment make valuable contributions. The Chamber has a strong relationship with UK Trade Investment (UKTI) and indeed the High Commissioner and so leverages these partnerships for the benefit of our membership base. This partnership also allows for access to relevant SA and UK Government departments and initiatives. Furthermore, we dovetail our activities with the relevant UKTI initiatives, thereby offering additional channels through which to promote and encourage business.

To promote and advance the business interests of members in South Africa and the UK and to develop trade and investment
between the two.
